Recently, Mason Peoples went viral for being obedient and, as mum said, did not take off his mask, no matter what, even for making a photo for a school album!
Even the persuasion of a school photographer could not make him change his mind!
According to Mason’s mom, Nicole Peoples said the boy’s behavior has raised support on social networks.
Here’s how Nicole described the situation on her Facebook account:
Photographer: Ok, take your mask off.
Mason: My mom said to keep it on all the time unless I’m eating and far away from everybody.
Photographer: I’m sure it’s ok to take it off for your pictures.
Mason: No, my mom seriously told me to make sure to keep it on.
Photographer: Are you sure you don’t want to take it off for 2 seconds?
Mason: No Thank you, I always listen to my mom!
Photographer: Ok, say cheese!
“Many of you have reached out to ask how you can send money for gifts, ice cream, or Mason’s college scholarship fund,” she posts on her Facebook account.
Mason’s mom saw a great opportunity and opened a GoFundMe account, which simply surpassed all expectations.
In less than a week, more than $ 27,000 was collected and the amount continues to grow, judging by the report of GofundMe.
Nicole Peoples says the money will go towards Mason’s college education.
