Dr. Anthony Youn from the USA shared four life hacks to help ease difficult situations with your body. He recommends using peanut butter against insomnia, head nodding to combat hand numbness, and breathing to resist stress.
The Doctor shared a video that has now gone viral with more than 2M views and also shared the video on Instagram, with his 889,000 followers.
The plastic surgeon Anthony Youn from Detroit posted a short video on his social media titled “Body hacks that actually work!”
Youn revealed four life hacks, in the form of a dialogue with imaginary patients.
“I think I’m gonna hurl”
“Take a sniff of an alcohol swab. “Doctors and nurses use them all the time to help nausea”.
Then a tired man in glasses visits the doctor, he was tormented by sleep problems.
“I can’t fall asleep at night”
“Try a scoop of peanut butter”
But the patient was in no hurry to leave the doctor and asked a new question.
“What if my arm falls asleep?”
“Try rocking your head from side to side”
The final hack in Youn’s fictional reception was an agitated guy with multi-colored hair.
“I’m so stressed out!”
“Close your eyes, inhale for a count to 4, then exhale for a count of 8”
“Do this a few times and you will feel much better”, Dr. Youn advised.
